Patty Azzarello has built a highly successful career both as corporate executive and as an entrepreneur. Patty Azzarello became the youngest general manager at Hewlett Packard at the age of 33. She ran a $1B software business at the age of 35 and became a CEO for the first time at the age of 39.

Patty has 25 years of experience working in high tech and business. She has held leadership roles in General Management, Marketing, Software Product Development and Sales, and has been successful in running large and small businesses. She has significant international management experience.

Patty Azzarello has served as the Chief Marketing Officer of Siebel Systems Inc., and also served as its Senior Vice President. Ms. Azzarello was responsible for running Siebel's global marketing operations, which include its brand strategy, global alliances, and overall awareness and marketing communications. Ms. Azzarello also served as President and Chief Executive Officer of Euclid, Inc. Prior to Euclid, Ms. Azzarello served as a Senior Vice President and Chief Marketing Officer of Polycom, Inc., where she managed global marketing and corporate strategy for the $500M company.

Prior to that, she held several senior management positions at Hewlett Packard, including Vice President and General Manager of the OpenView business unit, where she oversaw all aspects of its worldwide business, including product development, strategic marketing, sales and service. Previously, Ms. Azzarello held senior management positions in other HP divisions, including General Manager of E-Solutions in HP's Software business unit, and Worldwide Marketing Director for HP's workstation business. Before joining HP, she served as a Vice President of Marketing of Procase Corp.

Ms. Azzarello hold BS degrees in Electronic Engineering and Computer Science from Monmouth University. She now shares her success and her approach to achieving extra-ordinary outcomes through her own company which works with executive teams, small business owners, and individuals to create business success and develop talent.
