Jackie held the contract for 25 years as a public speaking coach to the United States Marine Corps Recruiting Office. Jackie earned a doctorate in Leadership from the University of San Diego, a master’s degree in Communication from San Diego State University and a bachelor’s degree in Communication from the University of New Hampshire.
