Richard Bookstaber was named to this year's Conde Nast Portfolio list of top 25 technical innovators, joining the ranks of Steve Jobs, Jeff Bezos, Jeffrey Katzenberg and Eric Schmidt. NOURIEL ROUBINI - Popularly known as Dr. Doom, which was the title of a profile in The New York Times Magazine, Dr. Nouriel Roubini is known for his now-vindicated predictions of the current financial crisis. He speaks on the global economic outlook and its implications for financial markets and was named to Fortune Magazine's list of "10 new gurus you should know".
Nouriel Roubini is a Professor of Economics and International Business at New York University Stern School of Business. He was also the Senior Economist for International Affairs at the White House Council of Economic Advisers from 1998-1999; then, the Senior Advisor to the Under Secretary for International Affairs and the Director of the Office of Policy Development and Review at the U.S. Treasury Department from 1999- 2000. He is the cofounder and Chairman of RGE Monitor, an innovative economic and geo-strategic information service with 30 economists on staff.
ANDREW BUSCH - is the Global FX Market Strategist for BMO Capital Markets' Investment Banking Division in Chicago. Andrew Busch is a recognized expert on the world financial markets and how these markets are impacted by political events. JOSEPH STIGLITZ - Recognized around the world as a leading economic educator, Professor Joseph Stiglitz was awarded the Nobel Prize in Economics in 2001 for his analyses of markets with asymmetric information, and he was a lead author of the 1995 Report of the Intergovernmental Panel on Climate change, which shared the 2007 Nobel Peace Prize. A Professor at Columbia University and Chair of Columbia University's Committee on Global Thought, Stiglitz is also the co-founder and Executive Director of the Initiative for Policy Dialogue at Columbia. Stiglitz was a member of the Council of Economic Advisers from 1993-95, during the Clinton administration, and served as CEA chairman from 1995-97. He then became Chief Economist and Senior Vice-President of the World Bank from 1997-2000. Stiglitz helped create a new branch of economics, "The Economics of Information," and has made major contributions to macro-economics and monetary theory, to development economics and trade theory, to public and corporate finance, to the theories of industrial organization and rural organization, and to the theories of welfare economics and of income and wealth distribution.
ROBERT MUNDELL - An in-demand speaker at prestigious economic and financial summits around the world, Robert Mundell prepared the first plan for a European currency and is known as the father of the theory of optimum currency areas and the euro. In 1999, Mundell received the Nobel Prize in Economics for "his analysis of monetary and fiscal policy under different exchange rate regimes and his analysis of optimum currency areas."

ARTHUR LEVITT - As the 25th chairman of the US Securities and Exchange Commission, Arthur Levitt served as the longest-serving chairman in the history of the Commission.
