His second book, ACCELERATE: 20 Practical Lessons to Boost Business Momentum (Kaplan Publishing, 2007, New York), is packed with practical insights to improve individual, group, and organizational performance and has been used in the executive development programs in more than a dozen companies including Prudential Capital Group, SolidWorks, Boeing, Marriott, McDonald's, and National Quality Review.

His third book, The Management 500: A High-Octane Formula for Business Success was published in June 2009 by AMACOM Books. It is a very practical book for business managers on how to win the Management 500, which is the three-year business race for significant and sustainable profitable growth. This book contains many management lessons from the history of professional auto racing.

His newest book, Find a Way to Win: Management Insights from Terry Michler, America’s All-Time Winningest Soccer Coach, provides great insights, practical methods, and wonderfully useful ideas that business managers and coaches alike can use in all different sorts of situations to build great teams.
