An experienced television and radio talk-show host, she is also an accomplished actress and successful playwright, and has written and performed her play, Journey, before audiences across America. in addition to all of this, she has written and co-produced her own inspirational song, “Together We Can Build a Better World.” This wide range of experience, coupled with her own unique perspective and insight, serves her well in addressing healthcare, education, and business and industry professionals.

Podesta has served as director of Employee Assistance Programs (EAP) and director of staff relations at a large community hospital. She conducts workshop service training seminars for hospitals, healthcare organizations, and national and state associations throughout North America. She creates workshops for all departments, ranging from maintenance and food service to nursing and boards of directors.

 For 15 years, Podesta taught students in junior high, high school, and three state universities. She successfully motivates, entertains, and challenges entire school districts with presentations for students, support staff, parents, teachers, and administrators. Her standing-room only presentations at both the National Secondary and the National Elementary School Principals Associations, followed by standing ovations, attest to the fact that she always delivers what is expected – and much, much more.
