Dr. Pace has 30 years of experience teaching and coaching executives in every major industry. He has served in several positions within the educational arena, including stewardships as principal of an alternative high school for troubled teenagers, school psychologist, specialist for the emotionally disturbed for the Utah State Office of Education, district special education coordinator, and as a principal and assistant principal in secondary high schools. He has presented for many businesses and professional groups, both nationally and internationally. Craig has also enjoyed a successful private counseling practice with the Milford Counseling Center in Connecticut and Southern Nevada Mental Health in Las Vegas and held Employee Assistance contracts for Schick, Bic, and Sikorsky.
As a psychologist, Dr. Pace has applied the best of organizational behavior and leadership training to his work with owners, presidents, and managers of companies. He taught and directed Franklin Covey’s Principle Centered Leadership Week for owners, presidents, and managers for ten years. He has honed expertise in time management, communications, and coaching for success with mission, vision, values, and high priority goals. He has authored articles and contributed to books on principle centered leadership and effectiveness such as The Four Roles of the Leader and The Organizational Effectiveness Cycle. He is also a well-respected authority on parenting and family counseling, and has written extensively on these subjects.
Dr. Pace holds a B.S. degree in psychology, an M.A. in school psychology, an M.S. in education administration, a Ph.D. in counseling psychology, and has completed a two-year post-doctoral fellowship.
