Turning Managers Into Leaders: Creating Change-Ready© Organizations & Individuals:

To take advantage of the exciting opportunities and challenges inherent in change, organizations must become Change-Ready©--out in front of the wave, not always trying to catch it; proactive not reactive, leaders not followers, creating change rather than waiting for it to happen. They must be innovators, challenging the status quo and rethinking rules, redefining roles and reinventing the game. To create a Change-Ready© culture, managers must become leaders; creating an environment where innovation flourishes, motivating people to embrace change, inspiring innovation and risk taking, coaching for peak performance and developing innovative out of the box strategies. Leaders must also be able to anticipate and overcome the resistance, that is inevitable, to change, innovation and new ideas.

Innovation...Out of the Box Thinking:
